+ Do you do after hours check-ins?

Yes – Please contact us to arrange this prior to your arrival. We require a current mobile phone number and email address,so we can send you easy to follow instructions on the late check in process.

+ Can I get a late check-out?

This is a possibility, but is dependent upon the situation with the next arrival for your apartment. Please see reception at least one day prior to request a late check out. Early check in and late check out incur a $25 fee for each.

+ Is all linen provided?

Yes, all linen except beach towels is provided. Beach towels can be purchased at the Resort Shop.

+ What is there to do on Stradbroke island?

  • Fishing

  • Surfing

  • Swimming at patrolled surf beaches

  • Wander around the Point Lookout Gorge Walk, enjoy the hiking trails across the island, and long leisurely strolls on the beaches.

  • View the abundant marine life from the headlands and beaches. Don't miss the best land based whale watching in the world from June - November each year!

  • Get out amongst the flora and fauna; many kangaroos, koalas, kookaburras, and seaeagles abound on NSI

  • North and South Gorge walks

  • Visit Blue & Brown Lake in Dunwich

  • Two other local communities with great attractions to visit are Amity Point and Dunwich.

  • Cafes, historic museum, aboriginal Artwork Gallery, homeware stores, dress shops

  • Adventure tours, sea kayaking, sand boarding, fishing expeditions

  • Whale watching, lawn bowls, tennis and golf

+ When do I have to pay a deposit and final payment?

Deposit payment is required at the time of booking, and the balance will be processed prior to your arrival at the property. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

+ Is there car parking at the property if I take the car ferry?

Yes, secure basement car parking is available for 1 car per apartment.

+ How often are the apartments serviced?

Apartments are self-catering, however, mid-stay cleans may be available for bookings in excess of 8 nights. If you require fresh towels midway through your stay there is a $15 charge per room.

+Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Food Works store, Bakery, and fresh local seafood all at Point Lookout within walking distance. There are also cafes 350m from the resort.

+Do we accept School Leavers?

Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual ‘Schoolies’ Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers from September to mid December.

+Is your pool heated?

Yes, our pool is heated to 27 degrees all year round!

+Do you have internet facilities?

Yes - free wi fi is available
