Any ‘Specials” advertised on this site relate to NEW bookings only and will not be offered to a cancelled booking and re-booking. PLEASE NOTE: MANAGEMENT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS (eg:&nbsp;zig zag booking,&nbsp;the inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, any booking errors, conflict of interest) These terms and conditions apply to any bookings you make with us by phone, email, in person, or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the reservation, to act on behalf of any other guests on the booking, and that person, will bind all such guests to these terms and conditions. PAYMENT CONDITIONS&nbsp; A 50% deposit of your booking is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.&nbsp;The Balance of your booking will be required 7 days prior to your check in date.&nbsp;&nbsp; DEPOSIT &amp; PAYMENT&nbsp;Please be advised that reservations are not confirmed until the payment of the required deposit has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation sent.&nbsp;Keys will not be given out until full payment of balance has been received.&nbsp; *A 1.43% credit card surcharge will be charged for all MasterCard and Visa Card transactions processed via the website and telephone bookings. This provision includes the property being made for sale or being sold. Apartments are air conditioned in the main living area, with some having AC in the master bedroom also.  All other rooms have ceiling fans.
